Question about league

When will this league be starting?

Will we be needing to play on ggc? or is this going to be on bnet. Most of our members dont have ggc so it would be nice to know beforehand since its not mentioned anywhere that it is needed. (i didnt see it mentioned) I could be wrong. Please help.

It is up to the managers of both teams to pick the location to have the Clan War. GGC is just more secure on hacking but the preference will be Battle.Net.

In my opinion, in most experiences I've had on ggc, the lag/delay is also alot better... or a lot worse, in which either the host or players have had a ggc bug.. or just need to restart their ggc/pc

I think ggc matches would be good for this, yet if one team is not able to play on ggc, an admin can inforce b.net and help with the whole fair hosting issue

Thank you, if any clans are interested in using the ggc system just whisper to reuben1127 or come to clan rya and let us know so we can have a fun and friendly match with no lag issues.

i would like to play in ggc..less lag..and if UEG wanna to be a great and internation,ggc will be better

in regards to the GGC Question, clan BAD is all australian, so the best ping to any country outside oceania is to us west (150 ping)

If you don't use GGC with us its usually unplayably laggy, so I'd appreciate it if you could get your team to install it before playing us.

Yeah, perferably we will have all matches on GGC
We do have some international teams that have applied, for these, ggc will be used
for any reason that ggc isn't available, admins will decide on where to play the games

I don't understand this "rank" system. What made those 4 clans top 4? What is so special about them?

I have some questions to you!

1. Won't you make team profile for every team with manager (msn address) + player info (race, ggc id etc)?? / or am I too blind to find them?)
2. Do we have to upload the replays to do site or simple send to ur email??
3. When will we know who is our match admin?? Will you make news about it??

To Moley.. who are you ? But to answer your question, we ranked the teams based on how they are doing in other leagues, comments left about scheduling/manner of the teams, player profiles, and just how organized the application+site+other information was. Applications that look thrown together in a matter of 5 minutes aren't too appealing.

Hello toma, for your questions:
1) Yes, the manager info will be up in the managers tab at the top of the page (I'm putting it on myself to have this done by tonight even if I have to stay up hours!).. And the Team profiles, sorry, but they really do take a lot of effort and about a hour for each to be completely finished. We are working on these slowly, a few at a time. (also looking for help if anybody would like to volunteer)

2) The replays will just be sent to UnitedEGaming@yahoo.com. We are currently trying to "touch-up" the site with a few things, one being a replay uploader, however, these are very difficult to do without uploading to php, or switching to a $$ site (Applying to sponsors!! )

3)For match admins, when you send in line-ups and scheduled match times, we will try to let one or both teams know which moderator/admin will be there. We really can't schedule admins for matches that haven't been scheduled, due to all admins/moderators having a life.. or atleast part of one.

Also, my computer was messed up the past week. I had to re-format and everything, so everything is now slower, or yet to be fixed. Sorry

The more organized and understood the better! I think almost half of the team's manager infos are in the manager tab now.
The rest aren't yet. I had to download soo many updates tonight, taking up hours of time.
Team profiles are being updated currently though, so be sure to check everything to be sure it's correct.

Also all teams, please be trying to get maches scheduled and let us know asap in advance, so that we can work out having 1+ admin there and possibly a moderator too.

I am ftse100, manager of Clan FTSE. I can't use my ftse100 account because it tells me it's not valid any more; however, it won't let me re-register my name back, either!

I spent a long time on our application, so I am surprised to learn that, as the last placed team, we apparently had a "disorganized" application, but oh well. I don't know if our application was lost or something, because I was later emailed for our manager details, despite having presented these in the original application (I have since re-emailed these details but they are still yet to appear on this site!). Anyway, it is true, we are a new team, so I can accept being ranked last for now! Thanks again for your reply,
