League Format
This league will be standard NGL play-style, meaning teams play until one team reaches four wins.



The NGL matchup will go as follows:

NGL style is explained below:

*If a player wins he moves on to play the next player on the opposing team. The player shall not stop playing the opposing team's players until either his team has 3 wins out of the 5 or he loses in which case the next player from his team shall play.*


Points Awarded:
For each game won, that team will receive one point. Points received in qualifiers do not carry over into Season One.
We are also looking forward to finding a sponsor and hopefully adding a 50-100 euro prize for the winner. More information about this to be decided once the season is off to a start.
League Rules
Discretion:
The following are to be followed by all players, managers, or any other observers, witnesses, and team members during the season and during clan wars. For every violation or question/concern that arrises, the administrators shall decide the amount of penalty points and/or other actions that whereby will be taken. Admins have the right to interpret all rules. However, if one seems to think an admin is being biased, it is their job to inform the other admins. If a 'big' problem occurs or the moderator is the only moderator/admin present, they are to ask for help from one of the two head admins (Faith/Rape)

1000: Manners
1001: All mannerisms but be in a positive manner


2000: Battles
2001: All battles must follow the format given
2002: All players must be present at start of battle. If the starting player is 5 min late after match start time, he must FF. The next player must be there and have map announced within 15 min or FF. This continues for every player. If players are not there 10 min prior to match start time, and is proven via screenshots or admin sees it, they will be PP'ed for each missing player and/or manager.
2012: Lineups must be submitted 30 minutes prior to clan battle to unitedegaming@yahoo.com
2003: All matches must have replays saved by winning team and must be sent to unitedegaming@yahoo.com
2004: A neutral player or admin must be used to host the match
2005: Between games a player has 5 minutes to rest. If a player is unavailable or is not ready, they may be forced to FF unless their is a mutual discussion between teams or with an admin.
2006: No observer will be kicked for another observer unless an admin or moderator says so. Players reserve the right to call "no obs" in which only a league admin may host and observe the game, unless the match admin objects.
2016: The disconnect must be within first 3 minutes of game. If so, it will be replayed. If not, it is counted as a FF.
2007: Both sides must agree to a host
2008: No type of cheat, hack, or BNET banned item is to be used during game play
2009: A full lineup is composed of 4 players, including their primary races, where the player on the first map is clearly designated. The starting player's name will be revealed fifteen (15) minutes before the clan war starts.
2009: Upon losing a match, a manager is to announce his/her selection of the next player from the roster who has not lost, unless a jokercard or subcard is used, and select the map for the following match (within the 5 minutes or FF).
2010: For each game won, the winning team receives one point.
2011: If the designated player assigned to the first map fails to arrive within 10 minutes, the player must forfeit (or be subbed) the match, unless they received allowed time from the other team and admin in charge of the match.
2012: After any map, with the exception of the first, has been played, it is removed from the map pool for the rest of the match.
2013: If a team has insuffient players to continue the clan war, they forfeit the war. There is no "postponing" any matches.

3000: Scheduling
3001: Scheduling is to be decided by both team managers
3002: NGL must be played on 1 time and cannot be split
3003: Scheduled match times must be submitted 12 hours prior to clan battle

4000: Rosters
4001: Rosters may be changed anytime of the week
4002: The roster must be changed up to 48 hours before a new player is 'eligible' to play

5000: Subcards/jokercards
5001: Only 1 subcard and 1 jokercard will be given to each team in qualifiers. Each team will receive 3 of each for the season. They may not be played in place of each other and they do not carry over from qualifiers to the season even if they go unused.

Please follow these rules. Breaking them will result in an administrators punishment choice. Having 7.5 penalty points will result in a team being disowned by this league and having to be replaced by a replacement team. EVERY .5 PENALTY POINT ACCUMULATED AFTER THREE PP'S RESULTS IN A -1 TO THEIR TOTAL LEAGUE POINTS. (For example, if MYM has 5 PPs, they will have lost 4 Total League Points.)
