All new Format

After talking with another league admin and a few team managers, we've decided to change the format into strictly NGL style play, consisting of each team racing to reach four wins. We did this not only so that matches wouldn't be split up, but also to allow smaller, more skilled teams the oppurtunity to shine. This format is also a bit easier to understand (especially for all international teams) and a lot more organized due to having the whole league match at one time.

Please be sure to re-read the rules, map pool, and format for any slight adjustment that may have been made.
